Time to Wash Up

Rosmery, our Community Development Manager, has been enhancing the

impact of clean water through health education programs.

Rosmery is a dentist who knows that clean water and hygiene practices go together.

If people are drinking clean water, but not using it to wash their hands properly or brush their teeth, they are missing out on the full benefits of having access to clean, safe water.

Once a water plant in a community is operating, Rosmery travels to the community and sets up a free WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) education program for the local people to attend.

She teaches proper hand washing and toothbrushing techniques and other best practices for utilizing the new gift of clean water in their community.

She also hands out free water bottles to the children which include toothbrushes, toothpastes, soaps, crayons, and hygiene education coloring pages.

When you donate to Water at Work Ministry, you’re providing both clean water and WASH education.

Thank you for making clean water as life-changing as possible!
